- All plans are prepaid. Tariffs/charges for the selected plans must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
- Installation charges may vary depending on location and service feasibility.
- GST @ 18% is not included in the plan price and will be charged additionally as applicable.
- All tariff plans and offers are subject to the guidelines, directions, and orders issued by TRAI and/or the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
- SBR Telecom reserves the right to modify or withdraw any terms, plans, offers, or policies at any time. Updated terms will be displayed on the website and will be considered accepted by the customer.
- Any one-time charges paid to local installation partners during installation are non-refundable.
- A refund may be issued only if service installation is not feasible at the requested address after payment.
- Online refunds may be issued if a payment transaction is completed but the plan is not activated or renewed.
- If any security deposit is collected for equipment, it will be refunded only after the return of the equipment in good condition.
- Any networking equipment such as Optical Network Unit (ONU), router, or modem provided to the customer remains the property of SBR Telecom unless otherwise stated.
- Customers must return the equipment to the authorized representative or installation partner appointed by SBR Telecom upon service termination.
- If the provided equipment develops a technical fault under normal usage, it may be replaced by SBR Telecom within a reasonable time after complaint registration.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only through online banking to the registered bank account or payment method used during subscription.
- The speed committed under a plan is up to the LAN port of the router. WiFi speeds may vary depending on device capability, interference, and coverage within the customer premises.
- SBR Telecom reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any promotional campaigns at any time.
- All product names, service marks, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
- By submitting your information or contacting us through phone, website, or social media channels, you consent to receive communication, promotional messages, and service-related notifications from SBR Telecom or its authorized partners.
- All plans and pricing mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
